Literally less than a minute down to the restaurants and the promenade and a few minutes down to the sea. "We had a great break at Rob’s cottage. It’s beautifully decorated and in an amazing location. We found parking from Rob’s instructions and didn’t have to touch the car as the beach, shops & restaurants are only moments away. The kids had a great time, with lots of things to occupy them. "Rob’s cottage looked exactly as pictured and he was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Broadstairs is incredibly accessible, with a loop bus running frequently to Margate and other nearby towns and villages. The house is less than a two-minute walk from the beach, which allowed for refreshing morning swims that I enjoyed immensely. The area is bustling with shops, restaurants, and amusements. I only wish I had more time to explore everything. We also did the scenic walk from Broadstairs to Margate, which was beautiful and dotted with charming coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs along the way. Broadstairs is full of historical stops and the Charles Dickens' house was one of my favorite stops which is literally across the road from Rob's house. With Tesco Express, Savers, Iceland, a local butchers and fresh vegetable shop you have lots of choice for home cooking which we did. Thank you for a wonderful stay Rob, I hope we can return soon."

'It was a real pleasure to stay at Rob's place! I was alone with two kids and we found it very cosy and safe for all of us! I was glad to see safety gates for kids at the top of the stairs. Apartment so stylish. Beds were comfy and also it was very quiet. Loved our two days stay. I loved the way Rob was communicating and was helpful. Would love to come back again.'
